This beautiful, four-bedroom, beach house is located in the secluded Morgantown Beach community. From the scenic entrance lined with palm trees to the huge private white sandy beaches, this neighborhood provides a unique beach experience for family and friends. This Non-Smoking, beach house is a beautiful two-story hide-away with a deck on each floor. The view of the beach community and area is outstanding. The decks are perfect for an early morning cup of coffee while watching the sunrise or for taking in the sunset as you enjoy dinner and refreshments. Indoors, downstairs, we have a large family room, a dining area, a full kitchen, two bedroom, and one full bath. Upstairs, our beach house has a master bedroom and second bedroom, each with full baths.
Relax and enjoy a book by the clubhouse pool, which is conveniently located just one door away while beach access is just a short walk from the house. For tennis fans, there are courts just down the street for your enjoyment. The streets are quiet and flat, perfect for biking and walking. Fishing, boating, and all sorts of water sporting activities are available in abundance in this beach area.
This beach house is perfect for those seeking vacation privacy and beach solitude. Sky-rise condominiums are not to be found, so this beach village has the feel of beach get-aways from the past.
